“The Chateau is stunning and in a perfect location with beautiful surroundings. We are a family of 4 and the swimming pool and gardens were ideal for the kids and adults to relax. As soon as we arrived, the chateau felt like the perfect place to stay, there is a tranquil relaxed atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. We were lucky to stay in the clock tower which gave us plenty of room, our own kitchen and living area with stunning decor. The chateau feels like a world to escape to, the views from every window were beautiful. Thank you to the owners, hopefully we will return one day!”

“The chateau is stunning inside and out . It feels as if you are visiting a friend – who happens to own a chateau. Tne grand entrance has a view through gracefully tall doors, via strikingly simple topiary and beyond to the pool. The stone staircase (with baby grand) lead up to some of the rooms where each room, be it studio or 1/2 bed has its own salon area and kitchen. (Breakfast available with 24 hours notice). The downstairs library lounge has comfortable leather chairs, with coffee machine and like the chateau, a relaxed and calm atmosphere at all times of day. Ample areas outside with bistro tables or benches to enjoy a quiet glass of wine and a good book, or take a stroll in the woods. No wonder it is a popular choice for weddings with its elegant surroundings.”

“We stayed at the castle for four nights, perfect for exploring the region. The rooms are very comfortable; we slept very well. The garden is very peaceful; we enjoyed tea and coffee there every morning, perfect before hitting the road to the surrounding wineries, castles, and towns.

Beautiful chateau.

“Came here for a wedding, staying 3 nights. Beautiful chateau. The grounds are pretty with heated pool, bocce ball, giant chess, table tennis, etc. The pool was clean. There were trails in the forest that were very beautiful. The rooms were decent; we were in the Bonne soeur suite which included a living area with TV and kitchenette. They had shampoo and shower gel but no conditioner, but they left nice makeup wipes for us. Common rooms are cozy. The breakfast included was good. The sandwiches for lunch were also good but a little repetitive for two days in a row. There was iced/fruit infused water in the main area to use or potable water in the rooms. Staff were all very friendly. The wedding was beautiful, including a harpist and sabering champagne.”

“I can’t give a better summary of our stay at this château. There was even a day when we truly felt like we were the lord and lady of the castle… what a luxury!!! And yet, you never feel uncomfortable for a moment; hosts David and Jenny have succeeded in creating a relaxed and informal atmosphere. An atmosphere where you can simply be yourself.
This place is an absolute must if you want to treat yourself. So, this is more than just a place for the lucky few who want to throw an unforgettable wedding…”
